If you’re looking for someone to read, analyze, critique, improve, and polish your writing, the full Editing & Proofreading package is for you. Along with providing basic proofreading and homework check services, I will edit and proofread your writing in full. I check for grammar, punctuation, spelling, clarity, concept organization, sentence structure, conciseness, and readability.

What you can expect with academic proofreading and editing:

• 48-60 hour turnaround.
• Detailed error check, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Overall clarity check and more in-depth concept clarity and organization check.
• Analysis of assignment completion, where I compare your teacher’s assignment requirements with your work. Missing elements are pointed out, and suggestions for improvements are made.
• In-depth analysis of overall readability. Excessive word use, passive voice, and readability are analyzed.

Proofreading service charges are usually calculated per word. For proofreading and editing services, I typically charge $0.05 per word. For simplicity, I’ve created a tiered billing structure that allows you to choose the word count range of the writing you want to be proofread. You pay between $0.04 and $0.05 per word, depending on your word count.

***If you require a turnaround time faster than 48-60 hours or have a word count higher than 5,000 words, the price per word and timeline will need to be discussed between proofreader and client prior to purchasing services. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, with or without reason.
